Policies Late- If a client is late (up to 15min), the service will be modified to fit in the allotted amount of time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may require the appointment to be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. Cancellation- Appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. No Show- If a client does not show up to their appointment without any heads up the entire service amount will be charged to the card on file.
