It's not always about the finished project for me and Cleaner Bros Detailing is no exception. From the time I met Ivan at my door I was impressed by his politeness and he was so friendly. Ivan is the owner of his business and his attention to detail is over the top. For me the relationship has always been priority, however Cleaner Bros Detailing gets a 5 star from me in both relationship and the best car detailing I have ever seen. Super great service! Ivan was professional and very communicative. He explained the process and what to expect. It was raining at the time of service (it was interior detail only so not a huge deal for the car) and he completed the job anyways. Not only did he follow through on the appointment, but gave me a clear expectation on drying times due to the humid weather. When he found out my wife was pregnant he double checked on specific products to ensure the scents wouldn’t be overwhelming, etc.
