Burn Boot Camp has been such a game changer for me. I’m one year postpartum and have never been more consistent with working out. I didn’t think I’d stick with the commitment, but I truly love it so much that I actually look forward to going.
The workout splits are so well planned and the classes are challenging in the best way. I’ve gained so much strength and feel stronger than ever. I also feel energized throughout the day because of how much I love Burn and how good I feel after every workout.

I get a one-on-one training experience in an amazing group setting. The community and friendships I’ve built at this camp have impacted my life in so many ways. The strength I feel when picking up my son to play with him, tickle him, or carry groceries is undeniable.
Before Burn, I always thought it was about the number on the scale. But Burn has taught me it’s not about a number — it’s about how you truly feel and learning to listen to your body. The trainers inspire and push you at every camp, and being able to finish a workout in just 45 minutes while burning 493 calories is amazing.
