The Tech came out and took his time. He did a thorough cleaning and spraying in my basement. The spiders are gone. He found 4 snake skins too. Yuck ?.
Then sprayed inside and out for ants. Although with all of the rain, I am seeing ants inside. I placed a call to BRD and was instructed to give it a few days. If I am still seeing ants, they will come sooner than the day they had planned.

Sam was the best technician ever! He came when he said he would come… He got right to work … didn’t waste any time… Went the extra mile… Knocking down webs in hard to reach places…and he was very thorough in his spraying… going the extra mile on all he did! He wore shoe covers when he came inside and did a very careful job around things, not missing anywhere… He was knowledgeable and courteous, and fun to talk to… I was very impressed! I want him every time please?
