Hosted our small business website for 4 weeks. Then crashed completely and lost our domain. Customer support is NON Existent and we had to rebuild the entire site from scratch including email system. Site down completely for over a week so far with no end in site. This has cost us tens of thousands of dollars and screams class action suit. I do believe ill be contacting my lawyer friends and see who all wants in. The stress and possible collapse of our business will effect 8 families. I cant imagine how larger companies will take this.

Abandon hope all ye who enter here! After many frustrating hours on the phone trying to get our SSL certificate renewed, someone in sales (support was no help) suggested that we upgrade our plan so that the SSL would auto renew. Bluehost then charged us the same amount twice for one upgrade. When I requested that one of the charges be removed, Bluehost said "sure" and then canceled our plan altogether. As a result, our company's email and website were shut down for several days. I will never know how much business we lost because of Bluehost. But I do know that I lost a significant amount of time, money and sleep. Canceling our account and getting a refund... read full review

The company bluebost is horrible! They steal from their customers! I purchased services from them a year ago and found it to be not user friendly so I did not use their services - EVER! I see a charge in my credit card on May 9th for $563. I dispute it as fraud because I did not know what it was! The case is denied because Bluehost denied it! I call their customer service and they tell me if I would have called by May22nd I could have cancelled but it is the 6/6 so too bad! they are horrible...even one of the service reps admitted it was wrong! BEWARE!!! This company is run by thieves!!!
