Authority Heating & Cooling just installed a furnace for a client of mine in Salt Lake City. I trust this company and their techs implicitly. They have served many of my clients, (and me!), for many years, with fantastic results. Big shout out of Francisco and Aaron who spent a whole day with this installation. From beginning to end...amazing. From the woman on the phone (wish I knew her name) who was kind and patient with my stressed out brain to Austin who listened to my situation and talked me through options, letting me make the decision without pressure. I was impressed that he showed again on install day to ensure everyone knew the plan. The install team of Fransisco, Aaron, and Austin? I was immediately impressed because they listened to the plan intently, and I could see they were a real team ready to work together. They were friendly, fast, and good. The system works great, project was cleaned up well, and they ensured I know how it all runs.
