What can I say about Ash… I was let down by my original hair stylist 10 months before the day & it took me a long time to find another that I loved, which didn’t leave me a lot of time in the wedding world. After lots of research, I came across Ash’s page & was so pleased to hear she had availability for my date. When I had my trial, Ash was attentive & took on board everything I said about my vision for my wedding hair. She gave my hair volume (!) & I was so pleased with how well it held that day. Fast forward to the wedding day, Ash adapted my hair slightly to the suggestions I made & I was over the moon with the final look. My (wavy) hair held SO well all day & night, & even the next day after taking the pins out, it still looked amazing! My bridesmaids all looked incredible & Ash absolutely smashed all of their individual styles (all had varying lengths & natural styles of hair). Ash was amazing on the day, even helping out with detangling necklaces! Couldn’t recommend her enough, thank you Ash xxx

Ash recently did my hair and make-up for my wedding, what can I say Ash is incredible at her job but she is also a wonderful person. The style of make-up that Ash does is very natural, she is great at enhancing what you have in a very natural way. I loved having Ash as part of my day, we were having such a great time that I nearly forgot what we were there for 😆. Thank you so much Ashley Kay you are amazing ❤❤❤

Written on behalf of my new wife Sam - I recently engaged Ashley Kay beauty to do my hair and makeup for my wedding and was beyond thrilled with my choice. I carried out a lot of research in advance and was really drawn to Ashley because of the beautiful pictures on her website and social media and also because I was looking for a natural and sophisticated glam look rather than a heavy makeup look . Ashley was really quick to reply to my enquiry emails and we set up a trial. I went to her studio in the centre of Norwich and we spent several hours trialling hair and makeup looks. I took along pictures of hair and makeup looks that I was inspired by and we chatted through options. After this we discussed how the hair and makeup had held up throughout the following day and evening so that we could make adjustments to make sure it lasted on the big day. My mum was so impressed with the trial that she decided to get her makeup done for the first time professionally by Ashley as well. On the big day Ashley arrived bright and early and did hair and makeup for me, my maid of honour and my mum. We were all thrilled with the outcome and had lots of compliments throughout the day. Ashley was really calming and friendly and put us all at ease throughout the whole process on a day when I was highly stressed! I'm really grateful to have found Ashley and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or use her again if I need hair and makeup for a special occasion.
