My parents used to file their taxes through Ams taxes. We had no issues until the IRS let us know we owed them thousands of dollars. We were confused as to why this would happen since we hadn’t had any problems for years. They said our taxes had been filed incorrectly. We called Alex back to help us answer these questions, but he would not return our calls. It was very disappointing for me to see my parents trust in someone who could not help us at a time we really needed him. Especially because he was negligent. Please save yourself the trouble and find someone who commits to doing the right thing.

My parents used to go through this guy for taxes. He falsified documents or did something wrong when preparing our taxes causing problems to my family. We called him several times to have him help us fix his mistakes in preparing our taxes and her never returned the our calls for help. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here for business.
