Our very old AC died.. after getting an insane quote from one of the big companies, I called Steve as the only website willing to put price quotes online. He came over right away, scheduled replacement. Ended up costing almost half as much as the other guys.. Excellent communication, on time, honest and hard work. Safe to assume the warranties are as good as the install. Don't hesitate to call Steve!

These guys are terrific, a breath of fresh air when you call. When we first set-out wanting to get some basic pricing for a new furnace and air conditioner. That's when we realized that most of these companies wont talk prices over the phone. They need to send someone out to size things up which is fine if it weren't for the strong-arm sales tactics we experienced once the guy got there, pressuring us to make a decision right then and there or the promotional offer would expire kind of talks...

My furnace went out over the weekend. I called several companies to get bids. When I talked with Steve, he was the most direct and honest of them all. He made me a great offer and after taking the time to discuss options - I actually bought up 2 models on my furnace and committed to replacing my AC in the spring with him. His crew came in the next morning, prepped the work area with carpet runners and got to work; worked through lunch and installed it with great care and quality. Steve then followed up personally to ensure 100% satisfaction and then sent me instructions on getting a $400 thermwise rebate from Questar, getting registered for my 10 yr warranty and... read full review
