I asked Aleasa if it’s always a party here? She said, “I have the best job!” She and Steph were super helpful to take me right to the item I was hoping to find. It’s a huge store with lots of choices. They saved me loss of time and steps.

I got a dinosaur bundle with 9 latex balloons from JR and the process was so simple and smooth! Even offered me a weight AND travel bag for an easier process on the road since it was my first ballon experience, ( ps the order was placed by my girlfriend and I was so lost ) xD

Monet helped me with a question I had, while in the store. I especially appreciated her genuine interest in being of service to me, and how helpful she was. She was probably the friendliest and kindest employee I remember in a while. Thanks so much, Monet!
