Luckily I was the only person at the store when I walked in. Shannon was quick to welcome me and while she was engaged in work she was with me within minutes. She was knowledgeable and was able to take care of my phone problem with ease. She was great!
I needed a new battery for my Samsung S25 phone and stopped in. I was warmly greeted by Shannon and asked how long it would take. She said about half an hour if they had the battery in stock. She checked they had it and we were on. Went and had lunch next door came back and I had a new battery!
