During recent travel on Interstate 84 between Boise, Idaho and Ogden, Utah, we lost the front bumper of our Toyota going over debris in the road. When we arrived in Ogden, it was two days prior to Labor Day weekend. I found Ogden Body Shop online, just minutes from where we were staying, The reviews for the shop and its owner, Josh ,were outstanding. Awesome doesn't begin to describe the experience we ended up having over the next few days. Josh was in his office when I arrived, heard my story of what had happened, and said "let's go out and take a look at the car." Within minutes, he was on the phone to check on the availability of a replacement bumper package. He located one and told me it should be delivered the next morning (the Friday before Labor Day). While assessing the bumper situation, Josh found a significant oil leak that had the potential to damage the engine had it not been noticed (I had just had the oil changed and routine car maintenance performed the morning we left). Josh ordered the parts to fix the oil issue and I returned to the body shop the next morning after the bumper package was delivered. Josh confirmed that the new bumper was the correct match, and while one of his employees, Vinny, fixed the oil problem, another employee matched the paint and painted the new bumper parts so they would dry and cure appropriately, prior to replacing the old bumper. We used our car over the next few days to visit various locations in the greater Salt Lake area (the work Josh and his crew did on Friday saved us from having to get a rental car for the weekend), and on Tuesday morning I returned to the shop and Vinny had the new bumper package securely and expertly installed in under three hours. Highly professional, polite, and incredibly skilled, I just can't say enough about the work that Ogden Body Shop did for us and how pleasant the overall experience was. Being a few hundred miles away from home with any type of car issue is not the most comfortable feeling in the world, but finding Ogden Body Shop, and meeting Josh, Vinny and the other folks who work there, turned into an experience we will not soon forget. As much as we enjoyed seeing Park City, the mountain towns surrounding Salt Lake, the Golden Spike National Monument, and so many other places over a few days, when we think of this trip, we will think of the kind and decent people at Ogden Body Shop like Josh, Vinny, Hannah and others, and the time they took and wonderful attitude they had when we walked in from the 100 degree heat and needed their help. I would highly recommend Ogden Body Shop to anyone needing this kind of work on their car and interested in finding just decent, honest and outstanding people to get it done.

Ogden Body Shop are fantastic to work with. They are honest, decent, and fair, which I think is hard to come by in this industry. They got me in very quickly (I had a quote somewhere else and they were weeks out and more expensive on the work), they communicated throughout the process, and did a great job. They are incredibly helpful with the insurance company liaison aspect of repairs and even offered to help me with the rental car process too. It's SUPER convenient that you can text the phone number, which makes working with them even easier. I hope I don't need to have body work again, but if I do I'm definitely coming back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
