This family owned company is outstanding! Despite numerous looong delays by my general contractor, they were always polite & helpful. Their installer did an amazing job. He left the area spotless & was a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend Steprac to anyone needing a full house of flooring, or just a room. If you are unsure of what you need, they won't steer you wrong. It's so nice to deal with an honest & knowledgeable company.. Thank you for a great 'finishing touch' to my home. A+ service!!
I purchased a home that needed the carpets repaired and stretched. David was able to come fix them within a week and did a fantastic job. The whole house was restretched and it looks so good now. The job was completed quickly and he communicated every step of the way. The job total was even cheaper than what I was originally quoted and I appreciate that he didn’t overcharge even though it was quoted higher.
Will absolutely recommend them to my clients and will use them in the future. 10/10

I have recommended Steprac to numerous clients over the years who’ve all been very happy with their final results. Their professionalism and skill are unsurpassed. They have very high quality options for budget conscious clients and their repair work is amazing! David and Brandi are very good people running a small, local business with much better service than the big box stores. Highly recommend!
