Top notch people, work and materials! I could not have had a better experience than I did with Simplified. Highly recommend! They razed and redid my whole back and side yard, it was a big job. Sherri was outstanding to work with on the planning and management side. I feel lucky she just happened to be there when I walked into the office. She always has a positive attitude, which is so great when something big and important is happening at your property. They did a great job installing a complex irrigation system with 4 zones and some spray and mostly drip. They planted over 100 bushes and shrubs, plus grass sod. They also installed a firepit and walkways and stairs. This was a BIG job. They came when they said they would, they got the work done quickly and we are very happy with the results.
