Two of my clients recently built with Scott Lindsay Construction. These guys are definitely top notch! The experience from start to finish was exceptional. They have the building process down and everything moved smoothly, from their design center to final walk-thru. Our questions were always answered timely and both my clients closed on their homes a month early! (Which is not common in new construction) My clients are both extremely happy with the quality of home that was built for them. I highly recommend Scott Lindsay Construction to anyone looking to build their home. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Scott Lindsay Construction is overall a good builder. I had minor hiccups when we were closing but Scott and his team went out of their way to get them corrected. I also have had warranty claims and every single issue has been fixed, I can't blame them if a contractor was late or wasn't reaching out to me but when they wouldn't I would reach out to Scott Lindsay's warranty department and they would escalate the issue and kept in touch throughout the whole process.Whose to say how my home will hold up in the next year or two but I will definitely keep this review updated as time passes.
