I have pretty extreme white coat syndrome, and Dr. Mason and her team have been lovely and super accommodating. They listen to my concerns and are very understanding (and soothe my anxious brain!). I was looking for a PCP and will definitely continue seeing her!

I feel like they’re drifting off thinking about the last patient or maybe what they were going to have for lunch. I don’t feel heard now. I’m very sick but I found a great doctor three years. I got let’s wait and watch it. Yeah now I’m very sick.
Honestly the only reason for a lower star is because the last at the front desk was so rude. She was older.. I called earlier saying what I needed done the guy said just walk in. Now I didn’t walk in close to close or anything like that and it wasn’t busy what so ever there was one other person sitting in the lobby.
When I sat down, she must have thought her whispering was subtle, it was not. I could hear how stupid I was for being in there and the nasty tone in her voice. She kept looking over at me.
