The positive:Good installation - installers did a great job; they seemed to work as quickly as possible, and left no mess behind. Our new windows are lovely.The negatives:Customer service: yikes. Had to make multiple calls over months to find out what the heck happened to my order. Kept getting the run-around. Nobody except the last gal I spoke with was particularly kind or helpful.

Rob went above and beyond to help me today! I had 4 windows that needed to be completely replaced. And the original measurements were off. He took extra time and extra trips to get those windows done! No residual glass left behind. I appreciated his communication and attention to detail! What a trooper to work out in cold cloudy weather!The windows look amazing ? thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart!

On February 28th "Rob" installed a large piece of glass that had been broken. He was courteous, professional, and took great pains to make sure the job was done correctly and proficiently. He even left the glass shiny and clean.
