Not bad but not amazing. It is good enough to be worth giving it a try. I will give the foot massage an 8. The "full body massage was really a half body massage. Just the back and legs bit lacking on hips and butt. Larg portion of massage was through a blanket. (That may not be unusual) just prefer lotion or oil. Again. This may be perfect for you. Give it a try.
