I recently upgraded my Kimber Kable Carbon 8 XLR Interconnects to a pair of Kimber Kable KS-1116 XLR's. This company exemplifies what it means as good customer service. Every time I've called every time I've had an issue, every time I've emailed them, they have just seemingly went above and beyond in terms of providing helpful useful thorough advice and a complete resolution. Remember the first product I ever bought from them was a set of 4PR speaker cables, which is their basic budget speaker cable. I thought it would just come in a bag and things like that just something simple right, wrong they had a nice handwritten note thanking me for my purchase as well as thorough and thoughtful packaging. If you need cables and you're looking for the best look no further.
