I l-o-v-e this place. Yeah, you’re gonna feel stretched, yeah you’re gonna do things that are different but gee you’re gonna love the welcoming approach, the use of muscles you’ve never realized you have & the chance to do something very different.
Where else can you learn to fly? An all round experience where the instructors are about making you feel comfortable as you realize what your body is capable of doing. Stretch it, bend it, point your toes, and lift it up!
This establishment is wonderful! I’ve been going here for nearly five years, and still look forward to each and every class. The instructors are welcoming, cognizant of every skill level, and always remind you to point your toes. No matter your fitness level, Kairos will inspire you to get moving!
