Came here as the normal place I go was closed today for some reason. This place is frustrating to say the least.. the rinse feature still sprays soap and is not clear water to thoroughly rinse your car. When you move the dial to “stop” the clock keeps counting down until the time runs out. I stopped it at almost 8 minutes so I’m not getting charged for time I didn’t spend using it where most places will stop the clock and charge when you hit stop. So the I had to wait in my car until the clock ran out because someone could just drive in and press the button to increase the time which would the charge me if I were to just leave it unattended. If I could give this place, no stars I would! Don’t waste your money or your time going here! I wish I had read the other contributors reviews! I put my money in to do a quick spray off and after doing the foaming brush the rinse cycle would not work at all. So there I am stuck with my car covered in bubbles with no way to rinse off the dirt and the bubbles. Incredibly frustrating! So I decided not to put more coins in, but went to the automatic bay to make sure that I could get the bubbles off and doing that didn’t make my car look a whole lot better and it was definitely not worth even five dollars. . The absolute WORST carwash i have ever been too. How can this rip off business even be legal? Put my money in and soap came out fine then switched to rinse and zero water pressure then had to put more money in cuz it took forever to run the soap out of the line so i could rinse with zero water pressure. Still didn’t get it all off.
Then i go to vacuum and i have to pay to use the vacuum which was also terrible and pointless. My home vacuum would have worked better than this garbage.
Will NEVER go there again!!
