The homes feature great quality and convenient flow. The process of building a home can be tough with unexpected bumps in the road, but the team helps clients navigate through the new build process. The staff is great to work with, displaying honesty and integrity. They are always responsive, provide great communication through all phases of the build, and keep clients up to date. The team follows through on issues and keeps their promises, getting things done fast. They are described as friendly, professional, kind, and the hardest working. The builder possesses large scale knowledge and artisanal level craftsmanship, with all plans designed by the owner. Clients are really happy with everything once the build is done and highly recommend Heritage Craft Homes.
The staff at Heritage Craft Homes is amazing to work with. The builder is very talented and knowledgeable in what he does, and brings dreams to life. The team helps you feel confident in the “custom” side of this process, helping choose colors, finishes, and every touch in between. I would recommend Heritage Craft Homes to anyone and everyone!

We just closed on our house with Heritage Craft Homes. This is actually our second home built by this company! In 2017 we purchased a move in ready, spec home from HCH. We lived there for 4 years and loved the home. We felt the quality was great, and did not have any issues. We did decide that we wanted a custom home though, and knew HCH would be great to work with! Building a home can be a tough process, and there are always some unexpected bumps in the road. Overall though, we're really happy with everything now that it's done.
