Our AC went out on Labor Day weekend and it was so hot in our upstairs we couldn't even sleep in our bedroom. Alex from comfort solutions came over on Labor Day when others we called wouldn't even schedule a visit for 2 more days. Alex was on time and friendly and quickly identified the problem was a blown fuse. Easy fix buy he stayed to inspect the whole system and made sure it was running and cooling before he left. I called Comfort Solutions because my A/C had stopped working, and less than 24 hours later, Logan Bailey had it up and running again! He was professional, punctual, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing. I really appreciated the quick response and excellent service. Excellent service, called at 430 PM on a Friday night and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes to fix my AC. The AC expert Todd performed a thorough repair and was conscientious about getting the difficult repair fixed correctly and staying within the original quote. Thinking about using Comfort to replace my 20 year old AC this winter.
