We have used Burrows twice now, once for our A/C and once for our heater and had great experiences both times. The techs were professional and took the time to provide any explanations or answers to questions that we had. I appreciated that even with our older units they didn’t try to sell us on new ones, but did what they could to keep these ones working well for as long as they can. Dallin was great and also answered questions I had about other issues in the home and even advised on how we could fix one of them ourselves. Mike came over and fixed our heater the same day I called! His service was excellent and efficient - he even went out of his way to call the warranty service on our furnace so we saved money. I asked him to also check out our fireplace and to my surprise, it was working when I got home. I HIGHLY recommend their service.

Recently placed an emergency call to Burrows HVAC on a Saturday night for a non-working furnace. Richard responded and arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective capacitor quickly. Great service. Reasonable price. Five Stars!
