I have been through several pest control companies throughout the years and I can finally stop looking every season. I found The Bug Bully! I rarely ever leave reviews, but Bug Bully certianly warrants one. I called, and the owner Sam Rogers answered. I had suddenly developed a problem with hornets inside our house. He dropped what he was doing and was at our house within an hour. Sam went above and beyond in every way and eliminated the problem. Honest, fair, dependable, and just a great guy. Sam is great. He took the time to understand my issue before even coming to my apartment. I sent him pictures of the insects I found and he told me a few common areas to look for signs of an infestation. Doing this made his visit when he came out much more efficient and thorough. He spent a ton of time looking around and making me feel comfortable that my issue with german cockroaches, which he was there for, or any other insects was thoroughly evaluated.
