They are so wonderful to work with. I live about 40 miles away and they are so good to try and service my machine the same day, so I don’t have to make two trips. And the price is amazing. Very affordable.
It had been a couple of years since I had my machine serviced. I decided on this place and was not disappointed. They had it ready for me the next day and I felt like it was reasonably priced. I took it home and had some trouble with the bobbin working so I took it back in and he fixed the glitch for me right there in less than 10 minutes because he guarantees his work!
