Barlow's ALWAYS has my HVAC system working like new after doing their maintenance. Spencer, the Technician was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional, he is diligent and makes sure the system is in tip top shape upon completion. I really like the concept of sending a consultant to the appointment with the technician. Adam was very customer service oriented. Personable and looks after the needs of the client. Quite possibly the best service company I've dealt with since I've lived in Ogden. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I recently had a plumbing leak that I could not fix myself. I called the office and a tech was here in less than 45 minutes. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing issues. You won't regret it! ! !

Ty was quick and to the point. We had our a/c quit on us and our house was quickly climbing in heat. He came in less than an hour and very quickly found the problem. He switched out some wires that shorted and blew and also cleaned our a/c filters. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. He told us about the monthly program where you get 15% off repairs and annual a/c & heater inspections. We immediately signed up so we could have some peace of mind and know our investments are being taken care of. He answered all our questions and helped us figure out what to do next.
