Thank you Seth. Seth is absolutely phenomenal at what he does. I'm an ex-professional athlete who decided to enjoy playing Ice Hockey in my 30s. April of 2024, I crashed full speed head first into the boards and injured my motor cortex in my brain while suffering a concussion, which made me go from ninja like abilities to 95 years old movement speed. I couldn't move well at all and had hypersensitivity to light and sounds.
