Dr Woolstenhume is the best! He performed some tests on me and explained things very well so I could understand them. He was very thorough and treated me like I was his most important patient of the day. He took time to answer my questions and shared his thoughts with me as I explained my symptoms, etc. Super pleasant, thorough and patient with me. I love this guy!

Dr. Seth and his staff are amazing! I always feel very welcome and at home in their office. Dr. Seth is very knowledgeable and treats his patients very well. I have been going here for a year now and I'm really pleased with my progress. Thank you Dr. Seth and staff!

Activate has helped so many people get their lives back! I've watched multiple friends and family go through the full process and am hoping to go in myself. Activate has been my chiropractor and has done Neuro appointments for my family. It's affordable, easy to understand and Seth and his staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. The clinic is comfortable and going there feels more like going to a friend's house than going to a Dr. Appointment. Couldn't recommend Activate enough!

What is Functional Neurology? Functional neurology is a specialty that aids in diagnosing and rehabilitating simple and complex neurological conditions without pharmaceuticals or surgery. Suffering from a concussion, Traumatic brain Injury, persistence headaches and Migraines, behavior difficulties in adulthood and adolescence, back pain, neck pain, pain, injury...? Our approach is to look at the brain first. "If you fix the brain you can fix anything". We assist in finding solutions where other modalities have failed or not seen full results. We do this through Functional Neurology. By looking at eye movements, balance, primitive reflexes, postural reflexes, and a full bedside neurological exam we see how we can better help you.
