The builder has been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make people happy. Some note the site is scary due to mining on the face of the mountain, raising questions about how long the sites will hold. It is a community where people actually live.

Going above and beyond for us!Unlike most the reviews below... we signed, built a house, and actually live in this neighborhood.Toll did everything they could to make us happy. Houses are nice as expected from Toll but the site is scary as they are mining right on the face of the mountain and scraping the side so not sure how long the sites will hold over time
