Your tech, Bryce, made his first visit. He listened very carefully when I explained what I wanted in a year'round service agreement. He checked two furnaces and the venting, and as far as I know, he left everything in super shape for the coming season. I feel assured this will go well long-term.
A team from Pond's Plumbing installed a new water heater for us a couple of days ago. They were on time, pleasant, clear about the pricing, and did a good job - I was happy with the work. (I meant to get their names but neglected to. One of the two technicians had to leave before the job was done, but Pond's arranged for a third person to show up so there was a clean handoff and the work was not interrupted. I was impressed with that.)
