Overall my experience with Crete is a 9 out of 10, every place you work will always become a job when things don’t go the way you want! BUT, I have found that the pluses outweigh the minuses 9 to 1. Down time is a bummer so plan your shop time accordingly by figuring out which shops will have you in and out while you take a 34. Keep a black list of customers who will make you sit for hours waiting to load or unload and turn down these loads! There aren’t many that do this, but several of them will eat up your entire day! One of Crete's smaller terminals. Parking lot driveway is currently full of craters that have been filled in. Lot needs renovation. It is enough room to maneuver in the daylight, but gets overcrowded and hard to navigate at night.Crete is a good company, treats drivers as people, not numbers.

This terminal is nice. Showers are usually clean, there is usually coffee in lounge and lounge is comfortable.Shop is always busy, the mechanics are friendly and quite knowledgeable. Front office, can't say.There are 2 showers and 3 bathrooms. Plus a restroom in shop.
