Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer our first-time home buyer questions. He was cognizant of our budget and suggested we could forgo an expensive add-on asbestos test because he was familiar enough with old building materials to identify some of our flooring likely contained asbestos (it wasn't an immediate safety risk, we just wanted to know what we were getting into). Jeff took a lot of pictures and provided a detailed report of what he found.
