10/10 recommend! Looked at everything with a black light before, finding even more areas to address I wasn’t aware of. Super thorough, quick drying time, smells so fresh and clean- bonus that it’s not toxic and my carpets look brand new. Much better experience than I had with zerorez a couple years ago. Love that I was able to schedule the week of too. Added bonus in my book! Very pleased with the whole process and such an admirable outcome.

Couldn't recommend him more. Super good value for what a great job he does. Very punctual and hardworking. Has all the equipment you could ask for and our carpets smelled brand new when he was done, we thought our dog had done some irreversible damage, Ben proved us wrong. Ben did an amazing job! We have lived in our house for 3+ years. We didn’t think our carpets were that bad, but now that they are clean…. Wow! He made our carpets look and smell new again. We will definitely be using Mr. Steam Carpet Care again! I would highly recommend.
