My same day delivery was somehow missed and delayed over the weekend. Before I could call on Monday morning Stacy had already called me and apologized for the delay, upgraded my order with no extra cost and delivered it to my grandma for her birthday. My grandma loved it so much. She said it was beautiful. They worked hard to make it right and it showed.
This is a shout out to Stacy. The floral manager. I came in asking for baby's breath to fix my daughters boutonnaire for her prom date. And I left with a whole new arrangement. My daughter asked for pink flowers with mainly white and was given the bright pink option in picture #2. After I explained that to Stacy, she decided that she really wanted to help because the arrangement came from another floral shop and was NOT what she wanted. As you can see, there is a huge difference in quality and the way that we wanted it was executed perfectly. My daughter is super happy now! Thanks! I highly recommend!
