I would recommend caution. Resilience Counseling Service was nice enough with the initial scheduling for telehealth, but the counselor was unknowledgeable despite claims to be capable when I explained my intent in the initial session. Further, the counselor would get irritable when I would ask for a treatment plan, diagnosis, or any understanding of the therapy. The experience felt more like "straw man tactics" then therapy and failed to help me even after more than half a dozen sessions. Also, the fact that they refused to send more than one email per week for scheduling after the first session was really impractical, especially since they eventually just stopped responding.
