They are extremely helpful and patient. I have a large 10 year old German Shepherd named Mischief. She is so shy and was scared to death. They helped her feel at ease and caught a low thyroid problem and a tick problem for visiting the East coast almost 3 years ago.
Treating her problems gave us back a dancing, silly hilarious Mischief! Thank you!
Edit: there was a misunderstanding with me and a vet tech. I left a review in a moment of deep hurt. I have since spoken with the vet and things make more sense now. When there was a she said situation and lines are not clear I should have asked for more clarification. The diagnostic test was not through them looking back at my voicemails. I apologize for the miscommunication and the accidental false information. They were very gentle with my dog. The vet was very gentle with my feelings. I apologize.
I think we've worked with all the vets here at one point or another, and they've all delivered. From medical care to putting one of our cats to sleep to filling out forms for our move abroad, the doctors at MV were professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. As owners of three FeLV+ cats, we also found them to be the most informed vets on the subject that we encountered, and that's after living in several states.
