We love and trust this veterinary team completely. We have a disabled dog, and he is doing absolutely incredible because of the exceptional care he receives here. The entire staff is consistently kind, compassionate, and attentive, and their communication is truly top tier. I had a disappointing visit with our usual vet after my pup came home with a mysterious sore on her leg that progressed pretty quickly. I called Dr. Israelsen’s office in distress, they got me in that same day and were so very kind. Dr. Israelsen and his team were thorough, spent ample time with us, answered all of our questions, and made sure to check in with us throughout the decision making process. Dr. Israelsen was very reassuring. Throughout the entire treatment process (even after our visit) he has been so communicative and helpful. Literally everything I could want from a vet. Dr Jensen has been working with me and my dog and is incredible!! I always feel that she is taking all of my concerns seriously and makes sure to take care of us when we have any emergencies!!! Been coming here for 7 years and have never had a bad experience!
