A water pipe broke, started calling several places, everyone was booked and told me they could come in a week or two…when I called Hytek the lady was super kind and even thought they were booked she sent two guys right away.
They were her for almost an hour and didn’t even charge me a thing. They didn’t leave until they were sure things were under control.

Dave was there the next day and assessed our needs. He was soon there with a new water softener and went right to work installing it. He absolutely knows his stuff. Friendly, honest and efficient, I can recommend him in the highest fashion... he's the best!!!

Dave is a peach. Our water softener has been on the fritz (about once a week the water was "salty" when I brushed my teeth in the morning). Dave explained that it was due to a valve going bad during the "brine cycle". Wasn't pushy, was extremely informative, and great pricing. He came a few days early to help us out and was just a true delight to have here at our home to help us. I highly recommend Hytek and Dave for your water softening needs. Smart, professional, and on it! Grateful!
