I have seen 2 providers at this clinic and will definitely not return. Ancillary staff appear unmotivated, do not smile, and don't seem compassionate. Medical assistant gave me the stink eye and make you feel like you're a burden on their job. Providers were late to my appts and they appear to be tired, burnt out, and failed to establish rapport. I do not feel confident or comfortable in these providers to provide injections or any other form of treatment. I am going to search for an ENT provider elsewhere due to multiple poor experiences.
The Hearing Aid Center (HAC) at Cache Valley ENT is the best in the business. The products they offer are quite diverse and offer many choices to those of us needing hearing aids. I purchased mine 8 years ago and they are still work excellent. Care provided by HAC while you have your aids is outstanding. Mechanical and physical checks, audio adjustments, comfort, alignment and electrical check are all done in the office and if needed they can send them back to the manufacturer. Spencer is very nice and listen to patient. The hearing aid recommended by Spencer works great!
