You have to PHYSICALLY go or send your credit card information on paper.

I cannot recommend this place. They cannot provide me with an estimated cost for our pocket responsibility for patient before the time of infusions when I asked them to provide me with this info.
I received an unexpected bill of over $250 for my infusions. I’ve been getting infusion at multiple different places for the last 15 years. I never received this amount of the bill that I have to pay out-of-pocket after insurance pay for its portion. I’m very unhappy with the bill that I am now stuck paying; thanks a lot Wasatch Infusion.

Very friendly and accomadating staff. Super clean facilities with comfortable and helpful staff for my long 5hr infusions. Very helpful in an order mishap that needed to be taken care of that day, and they got it done and I was still able to get my treatment same day. 10/10 do recommend!
