5 stars for Dr, been seeing him for years.1 star for the length of time to get glasses. Ordered in May, now it's August and no idea when they will arrive. Any day now based on the date of order is not a good answer.

Thomas is amazing! We are waiting on a special order for my sons new contacts and glasses, and my sons current glasses broke. Thomas helped us get a prescription close to my sons to help get him by until his new stuff arrives. He went above and beyond to help and I appreciate this level of customer service!

Dr. Conklin did such a great job fitting me for gas permeable lenses. I’m severely nearsighted and also have an astigmatism, making me not the easiest patient to fit for. He took his time and made sure the fit and comfort were just right for me. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location!
