Alicia is terrific. I called looking for a last-minute appointment for a short haircut for myself. She was not only accommodating, but also gave me a referral to the place she previously worked. This was an immediate gold star - she prioritized my needs over her own AND her previous place of employment still loves her. I was able to get into Pixie Dust that day and she was extremely kind, understanding, and professional. I've been cutting my own hair for years because of health issues. Alicia is truly the best! She is so sweet and does such an amazing job, but what I love most is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She wants you to absolutely love your hair and goes out of her way to make sure it’s exactly what you envisioned. She even encourages you to speak up if something needs a tweak because her top priority is making sure you're 100% happy with the result. You can really tell she cares!
