Went by first time store was closed called left a message got a return call because I was on caller i.d. not my message. Then we go in purchase a few things and no free gift with purchase but they were there... I would say go elsewhere unless you have to sad what customer service has turned into

Drove 30 minutes to get to those store and when I arrived, the doors were locked with a sticky note that said "be back at 2pm" and it was 1:50pm so I sat in my car and waited until 2:20pm and the doors were still locked with no one inside. Not shopping here anymore.

So I am writing this so the owner can be aware. I came from Ogden to go in the studio and have hands on information for myself. It was closed during business hours to see why. The lady did call back and had a flat tire. Ok I get that. Things happen. We turn around and go back. I go into the store and she seemed like she didn’t want to help me much. Foundation is what I was there for. She never did suggest a different color or type to try. It was like I was intruding on her day since she was in the process of putting her own makeup on.
