So I am writing this so the owner can be aware. I came from Ogden to go in the studio and have hands on information for myself. It was closed during business hours to see why. The lady did call back and had a flat tire. Ok I get that. Things happen. We turn around and go back. I go into the store and she seemed like she didn’t want to help me much. Foundation is what I was there for. She never did suggest a different color or type to try. It was like I was intruding on her day since she was in the process of putting her own makeup on. This is my favorite Merle Norman location ever! Lesley is always so kind and prompt to help me get what I need. She knows what I'll love before I know it even exists! Even when I'm out of state-they ship me my cosmetics immediately! Big fan!!!

May 30. 2017-- I stopped in about 1:30 PM, and the clerk, Leslie, was sweet, cheerful and helpful. They will match Draper's price, but didn't need to. Their list price was the same, and item was $6 less than I paid 6 years ago in California. I'm happy.
