Phoebe saw me last-minute for a pedicure - and she was oustanding throughout the whole process. Her attention to detail in every single step, even the small things, was what made her truly stand out. She was kind, gentle, thorough, perfectly paced, and highly effective. Her work is beautiful. And I am so grateful she made time for me today. Can't wait to see her again!
