Tyler Brinkerhoffer was my first contact. The man does everything he promises from the outset— a thorough assessment for the bid, sending estimates, collecting payment after the final walk through inspection of the roof. He is very reliable and professional. The roof crew was awesome and amazing! They tore off and placed new materials in just 3 days— for a 3900 SF complex roof. Fortress also has a great gutter vendor they referred me to (BPM Gutters) who came out Day 4 and placed 4000 linear feet of gutter. So very happy with the new ridge vents and the pristine roof— even my neighbor commented positively on the roof.
