Alterations at Nordstrom

i heard that you nordstrom did cheap and quick alterations so i took my dress here just to get it shortened a little bit. they ended up saying it wouldn’t be ready for a month and would charge me 60 dollars. i was a little disappointed so im taking it somewhere else

I got a dress hemmed for a special event and somehow they tore a hole in the front bodice. The manager was not there when I picked up the dress, but I was told they would reach out to me to offer me a refund for the services. I was never contacted and was never given a refund. This dress is very special to me and is no longer in production. They did offer to try and "hide" the hole by moving over a button, but I ultimately decided to take it home to try and fix it myself.

This is me getting my first suit ever. I had no idea what I was doing but Philip was a pro. Patient and professional. That’s him behind me. Showed me what to look for and how everything would look when it was done. 5 stars for sure.
