So, the 2nd time we have used this fantastic company. This time has some issues with the insurance company (progressive-DO NOT USE) The owner -Don has been absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Still don't know if this is going to pan out with the insurance but he and Greg have bent over backwards to help us. In addition to that we called late at night when we discovered our basement was flooded. They got here within the hour and took charge and started the intensive clean-up. Not only are they a fantastic restoration company, they will also negotiate the very confusing insurance issues for you! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!

Everyone at AAA Flooring was super helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Our new floor looks great (definitely a better installation job than our previous floor). Special shout-out to Michael who walked me through the whole process and was always responsive (and helped me figure out the best flooring for our space since I'm terrible at that). We've had the new floor in 9 months and it still looks fantastic.

We had AAA flooring replace all of carpeting after a flood in the basement, AND update the carpeting in the rest of the house at the same time. The crew was very professional, efficient and reliable. They did a great job and we love they helped us turn a negative situation into a great customer experience.
