What an amazing gym. This is not a normal come and work out type place and leave this is a family owned and run gym with an absolute amazing community. Have been going for almost a year and I love it more and more. The coaches are all so helpful, silly, fun, competitive, and kind. The classes are challenging and well put together. Absolutely come and try. You will be welcomed.
I had a wonderful experience at this box! I travel a lot for business and love to drop in to boxes all over the world. This is one of those places where you don't find a bunch of fluffy towels and new barbellss. You find a garage door open and a box filled with healthy and happy athletes . Everyone was super friendly, and the coaches were caring. Got to meet one of my crossfit heros from this year's games too!!
