I had a wonderful experience at this box! I travel a lot for business and love to drop in to boxes all over the world. This is one of those places where you don't find a bunch of fluffy towels and new barbellss. You find a garage door open and a box filled with healthy and happy athletes . Everyone was super friendly, and the coaches were caring. Got to meet one of my crossfit heros from this year's games too!!

Such an great workout atmosphere. CrossFit Unknown has awesome coaches that help encourage you to push and do your best! Highly recommend for any fitness level! Come try it out you’ll love it!
